I don't know what happened. Can Anyone give me some hints? I asked for a free bonus at Vulcan poker 110% first 10 then other 100. As everybody knows the bonus approvement underwent a delay for holiday reasons. (There was also a post about that) Despite this before the payment were processed , I received a $10 from Vulcan Poker. I thought it was only an offer made by the Poker client which had nothing to to do with the BankrolMob bonus. However when the payment here at the MOB had been approved I didn't receive any money. This sounds strange because if i look at my Vulcan POker account there's no trace of Pending bonuses so I assume that the 10 dollars received is only an offer made by the POker company. But still i am not receiveing the money from Bankroll Mob and no trace of a bonus pending history in my poker account can be found!!!! Can anyone tell me what happened if I will ever receive my free bonus? I sent an email to Bankroll Mob two days ago but still haven't received any reply. Thank you to all!!

there is no pending bonus in your account... u have to send a screenshot to BRM when u reach enough points to get the next 50.... try and read the bonus terms.. !

why doesnt anyone read the terms and conditions,unless yu cant read english fair enough.its all there to see.goodluck getting 3000 points for first $50.be a massive effort.
i applied for the bonus last week at some point and about 3 days ago i realized i had not updated my account when i signed up to a real money account so i did so... i did not receive a bonus from anyone yet.
