I'm not sure that's possible, wouldn't that make the whole idea of having a security question, a bit worthless? But you might be able to have it reset or something if you can provide enough details about yourself, but I would guess you need to contact the site directly, I've never seen a way to automate a reset of the security question.
Or maybe it would be easier to ask friend/family about which car was the first you owned, since you forgot it?

Remember to back up those things frequently. I don`t think that You will be able to unlock the account or get your password without thorough investigation. If You can at least remember which email was used to register account you might get away with password reset or something like that.
Had that problem too but resolved it via live chat, how? They simply told me the first, two characters then I remembered the answer & that's the only thing they can do to help you.
