yeah ranieri was a problem, and just as i expected he really isn't any hero... just a dude who came in at a right time into a right team that has gelled perfectly and had more in the tank than everyone expected. nigel pearson created this team, but got the sacking as a reward, ranieri also got the sack but as "the greatest manager in leicester's history".

Now all they need is to win the Champions League then relegate from the PL into the Championship and they could sack the next manager as well. Then the team could play next years CL rounds from the second league. That would be a unique achievement...

Big victory for Monaco last night (i know they will win it and go in next round )...Preaty much i exspected this results and we will see tommorow draw...I predict that Monaco will fight with Lester and for other well wish them next Real vs Bajern , Barsa vs Dortmund and Juventus vs Atletiko madrid ...

@bowie- yeah i heard this scenario in a joke format by one of the commentators when i was watching the 1st game vs sevilla, sth along the lines: leicester made history last year by winning pl, now they can make history this year too, by winning the champs league and get relegated from pl... kinda forgot to add the fact that they would be qualifying from the second division... lol would like to see this just for the sake of it...
We need to ask some bookies to offer odds on this. We might not get that big of a payday like those who were betting them to win the PL before the season started but nevertheless would worth it just to put hundred euro on a wager where Leicester win the CL then says goodbye to the Premier League.

No, no chance to Leicester city to win champions league, now they have to play atletico madrid in the 1/4 of the finals, and I think atletico have better players, manager and experience. Leicester city is the worst team that is left in 8 teams and no chance for them to win the title

in football you never know!it same as everybody said that leicester cant win premier league,but they did,now they play again good,after ranieri,so who know!and I think that atletico is such kind of team,that leciester can play with team and maybe equal!bayer showed how can played in madrid,so maybe leicester will do like them!and they dont play any other competition,in premier league will stay,so they can do much in champions league!

I like the pairing with real and bayern, thus would be a geeat final as well, now only 1/4 but still great 2 games not 1 one veey big team will go out veey soon in the tournament, so they will have a bad season. Barcelina vs juventus is also interesting game.

after todays lecister win as host over west ham,I cant wait to see how they will play against atletico!it would be great game!they will stay for sure in premier league,so now they can give everything in champions league!hope that they can go till end!

well things are not looking all that well in the premier league for leicester... looks like they decided not to get relegated for some unknown reason, probably they are not interested in qualifying to the champions league group stage from the championship... too many games there, no banana's are gonna get them through all of that tiredness.

next season they will probably play better in premier league from start,because they wont play any european competition,so they will have more time for premiership and maybe then will make some good result and be on place who will take them to CL or EL!
