Well im sure that once you will receive the answer from 888poker support you will find out why the hell was your account blocked and if it was your fault evennthough you might have known nothing at all about it or was it something else

it seems that both accs that hwve been blocked have one thing in common from what i have read and that is they play the casino as much or more than poker. if you feel ur acc been blocked unlawfully then threaten 888 with the gaming fair play onwardsman or whatever the body is that oversees fair play at sucklike gaming companies and there will be one. i would have thought that they must give a reason for blocking an acc but i not sure a bit gutted cos i was 23rd or something so i waitin for payment luvkilly i dont pay casino hardly lol only jokin i gutted for both players that been blocked

Always but always there is a reason for an account has been blocked or discharged, I do not know the case in question but I imagine that there must be some irregularity for this to happen and it remains in one's conscience only if it operates well or badly with your account. I regret what happened but it is so, apart from 888poker is a very serious room in this type of cases!
The best contact with 888Poker is with phone support. I think the reason is playing to much casino games. I had same problem with casino games on 888poker one year ago chasing slot jackpots with poker winnings. I had my account suspended for one month then reopened with casino games restricted. Every site is different on Poker Stars you have the option to not be able to reverse a pending cash out. Ipoker network example Titan Poker no option to disable casino.

Probably you're right ... this player has serious violations and account blocked .... I certainly can be wrong but if the problem was solved then we would see here the answer .... a very sad story of course ... but maybe I'm not Right?

if they want to block somebody,to suspend account,they can to without any reason,just because they want and this rule is not ok!if you didnt do anything wrong,this must be solved on other way!like vaci38 case!
I agree with that offer that you need to write to support service. They can respond to letters up to 2 weeks. And testing of documents was undergone earlier, it is possible at them some misunderstanding into the account of your account. Generally don't give up and be more persistent. Good luck!
