I also received the same award yesterday 5 euro on Cleopatra slot and when I wanted to use this award I got the same message as bowie1984 I thought it was because of some restriction for my country and I did not try to contact live chat Now I see that I'm wrong and I could use that reward

Getting 5 euro to play in a slot is a very good bonus. Especially when it has small bets like 0.20 where you can bet many times. Some are giving bonuses in slots, that have minimum of 1 euro betting, so you only get five spins there

Things changed.Last time support was change game .Today i got again 5 cleopatra bonus and support didnt want to give me other.I wait till now hope to find another support,and now is support some girl and after half hour chat ill get something still wait...

I also got the same game, Cleopatra, which could not be used. But in vain, I turned to support, they refused to help. they said there could be no other game or some kind of compensation. She said she was sorry, but she can not help!

good for all of you that they want to change this offer to other slots!I know that lot of players cant play this slot at their site!dont know what is the reason,but few months ago I had same problem!now try to play something good from their choice of games!

I got this award twice and I could not use it ,I did not even try to contact live chat I know it's very difficult to change sometimes someone will succeed in getting a replacement for other slot but it all depends on the person you are contacting many of them have no idea what it is, and they can not help you
