Seeing the 10-time bracelet winner Doyle Brunson at the 2018 WSOP is a wonderful sight for poker fans, but, for good reason, this may be the last time that the octogenarian poker legend will ever be attending the prestigious annual summer poker tournament festival.

It was time like this Doyle Brunson to leave poker tournaments because it's better to do something else but also to take care of his wife. He loved these poker games too much but now he does not want to play in other games and i think it's a good choice. Is a legend and will remain a legend.

This guy can truly be called a legend. I can only imagine the stories he could tell about the olden poker games he played in. I hope he still plays in the high stakes cash games and keeps winning

well hats off to the man with hat. the way he described situation I do not see a legitimate reason to retire from poker totally, he can just retire from tournament poker and play cash games as long as he wishes, but hey that's his life and his decisions.

By playing the game so many years, he had enough of it. Isnt that right? Occasionally he will be playing a guess a "home" game. But chasing tournament at his age may not be that fun any more.

Hey guys. He has 85 years and have still good condition and psychic to play poker! So hats off for the legend. I would like to have same mental and psychical condition in his age... Of course, if I live to that age Anyway, he achieve almost everything he could. So he leave with great improvement for poker.
Branson is probably one of the first great players that I learned when I started my poker way ... and he is certainly a very great player and therefore it's very nice that he does not quit poker and continues to please him with a great game ..... great news and very nice .... Branson the Great
