It´s no fair! In the freerolls page the 888poker´s room $500 freeroll of Bank Roll Mob said that the game would start at 21:00 hs (18:00 in my country, -3 GMT). So about 15 minutes until that time I open the 888poker client and....the tournament had started at 17:00 hs (20:00 GMT)!!!! What a shame!
hmmm .... I have all the information displayed correctly and so I played in this freeroll from the very beginning .... I could not get good results .... closer to the money I made some mistakes and hoped for only a minimal prize. ... I got it ... 35 cents profit ..... ok I hope for a better my game

Well it is not the first time, that 888poker messes up things. You can say that this time wasnt that bad. Cross your fingers, that they wont repeat this. Losing tournaments like that, suck

my friend maragatero I think you should have to check it several times there is a constant problem around the start of the tournament, and it would be a good idea to check one hour before the start of the tournament, registration for the tournament starts 1 hour before the start of the tournament then you would know the exact time of the tournament

I understand vaci38 but, currently, I don´t have much time to play so I open the poker´s client in time. I have the BRM page open all the day (trying to make a goal) and there they said that the tournament start in those schedule and the password would be show at 15´before...

maragatero, I am really sorry to hear that you couldn't register for a freeroll tournament at 888poker the other day. It must have been incredibly frustrating. Did you contact 888poker support team? Good luck next week!
It may be to do with sever time vs summer or standard time, while all the information may be correct per se, the local adjustments to summer time may effect the actual start times in your location, it is probably a good thing it happened!! Why? So next time you have a bigger tournament on your personal schedule you know to double check starting times on the host site and not any supporting site (i.e. BRM... we love BRM).

maragatero, I think I might have misread a part of your statement. You didn't explicitly mention that you were not able to register for the tournament at 20:45 GMT (17:45 GMT-3). Was the late registration still available for players at that time?
although on the site of the BRM freerolls yesterday began at one time .... at 888poker and at PartiPoker ..... but in reality the tournament on PP started an hour earlier than it was announced ... in the end you need to monitor the schedule in the poker rooms themselves to not miss these freerolls

Yes it was, Tony_MON7ANA. When I saw that the password was already I start the 888poker´s client, so I found that the tournament has started on 17:00 hs -3 GMT I couldn´t believe it! I waited for it, I was in front of my computer a while before that hour... what a shame!

there are likely communication problems, i think because in the past there were problems with passwords of bankrollmob freerolls tournaments in few rooms. I'm sorry for you my friend, but that's is the situation. Good luck next time and earn more money.

... < ...888poker is VERY good at awarding prizes and cashing out is never a problem,....BUT...
....when it comes to competancy,....they rate very poorly...!!! They are ALWAYS screwing things up like passwords and timing....and that's not to mention the quality of their platform....which is ALWAYS full of glitches and fk-ups... Just HOW many times do they expect folks to constantly re-install the client...???

Really, I had some problems with the poker´s room, but are minimus if I compare with vaci38´s problems, or another friends that telled here their cases. But 888poker are currently my favorite chose. I play in another rooms, but 888 is the best of they!

you're right my friend maragatero I still can not open it,but when it was most needed I managed somehow to make a redeem and I changed my 26,000 gold coins for $260 I still have about 3,000 gold coins and I will keep these gold coins to buy a ticket for tournaments

Oh vaci38 youre a champion! 26000 golden chips is a big treasure...now you can assess the 888 impediment! They don´t give you any option to change your golden chips for a good freeroll´s ticket, so you could keep it and make good money with it. But...26000 golden chips is a lot, really a lot...how many money had you invest in this poker´s room?
