I just received a message my request is rejected. I don't get it. The details don't say my country of revidence is not allowed to receive the bonus, did not have to use a bonuscode, did not have an account at ultimate bet and did'nt received the bonus already. I've send an email why I don't get the bonus, because I think I did'nt do anything wrong.

Today we have been informed by Ultimate Bet, that if an account has been made from a computer which had made another Ultimate Bet account at some time, then the new account will be rejected.
So if your kids etc made a Ultimate Bet account from your computer 6 months ago, and you made one a few days ago - then Ultimate Bet will reject it (in regards to receiving a no deposit bonus), hence we're not allowed to issue the bonus.
Same goes if you made your account from a shared pc etc, where it's possible an account has already been made before.
