Last friday my status from my full tilt request says aproved, but when i looked on my full tilt account there was no money on it. I talked to the live support and they told me last friday to send an email to bankrollmob, i did that last friday. But now i still dont got any answer. Monday i send another email but still dont got any answer there, live supoort told me they will fix it and i would get a mail yesterday. But still no mails and no money. It says it need to be answered within 1 bussines day.
Strange when it says aproved when i dont got any money on my ft account.

Holidays in the support department. Having livechat takes up MUCH more time "per request" than answering emails, so we have to give e-mails top priority and livechat whenever we can.
