Twice in my life. Once hearts, once spades, I had both hole cards twice as well. Flopped one of them. I have had 5 straight flushes in my life. Not too bad.

cash game on pacific poker, when i was playing like a donkey, lol. god i though i was good, haha, i had J10 diamonds and floped it. won $300 or $400 if i remember correctly, i used to play the $2-$1 no limit tables. when my bankroll was like $600 lol. dont worry im all better now and use BankRollManagement!
Had Ace & 4 hearts, and got K and 10 on flop, the rest on turn, river. Did not win alot, played fixed limit and all players folded because of the high flush potetinal.
