Mi nickname in ActionPoker is jovihead. well I made a payout and they have approved, but 10 minutes later, they send me another mail told me the payout was canceled by Neteller. Ok I contacted with Neteller, but they told me I don't have any declined transaction on my file. I try again with a payout and again the same. I sended a mail but I haven't answer yet

keep contacting them .. ive had trouble withdrawing from Mansion poker a few months ago, you have just got to be on there back all the time and when they ask you for this ID and that ID just send it over but allways get confirmation that it is there / they have recived it...be patient and im sure youll get cashed out.... peace

i had a problem withdrawing to neteller aswell from a few pokersites mate.
The underlying problem with mine was the email address? Is your email address with action poker EXACTLY the same as the one with neteller? If not mate it is auto decline.
Just something for you to double check of mate as it could be what it causing your problem

No, my email isn't the same between neteller and action poker. And if is the problem what can I do? because I didn't have any problem for deposit by this method but now i have problem for cash out (lol) Anyway in others sites I have different email and I don't have problem

hey bud well you need to change you re email with action or add an email on to you re netter account the email used at action, they do need to match or you will be declined thats has happened to me,so gl...eh,,,,,
