It's sad to see something like this happen. I didn't have that problem, not even once ever, but here is disgusting what is going on. Someone stole your money and you can check your games history, to be more secure about how this money was lost.

I agree with this totally, I had the same issue with the new software. but contacted support, and I guess they were more aware of this issue, and managed to sort it for me.

I suggest you contact the support again and they will have more of an idea of how to fix it for you.

It is a bog site, and i doubt they will leave such a problem unsorted.
Probably a matter of time, till they get it fixed.
Just get in touch with them again and have some patience.
It is a difficult period of time also, and delays are expected everywhere Smile
