I reinstalled the 888poker software with a $ 35 balance and simply disappeared my balance without making a transaction or transfer, I contacted support and they rolled up until I got tired. Here's the tip.

It's sad to see something like this happen. I didn't have that problem, not even once ever, but here is disgusting what is going on. Someone stole your money and you can check your games history, to be more secure about how this money was lost.

First of all you must have patience and try not to bother yourself, it is uncomfortable that something like this happens but losing your calm will not help you solve your problem faster.
Reinstalling the software is not related to the money you have in your account, you must contact the support service team and detail your problem as explicitly as possible, I can assure you that support will solve the problems, the important thing is to have patience and wait for a reply message.
888Poker is a serious and trustworthy site, they will soon answer you and solve your problem.

I agree with this totally, I had the same issue with the new software. but contacted support, and I guess they were more aware of this issue, and managed to sort it for me.
I suggest you contact the support again and they will have more of an idea of how to fix it for you.

It is a bog site, and i doubt they will leave such a problem unsorted. Probably a matter of time, till they get it fixed. Just get in touch with them again and have some patience. It is a difficult period of time also, and delays are expected everywhere
