Guess this is not for offshore game providers because those won't even pay you a cent for tax let alone eight percent of all traffic so I guess the state will be licensing some local companies to provide poker rooms and softwares online for Micbigan. We'll see.

It's sad to see poker tournaments and few players and USA can contribute with many gamblers in all online bets and games which are for real money. The gambling industry would grow a lot and we would have more chances to win more often. When there are many customers, you can do more good things for you.

However the service is delivered it is a great thing for the people of Michigan for them to be able to at last play poker and gamble legally online. In today’s world it is unimaginable that some states and countries do not see fit to enable online gambling. There is such an option for making millions of dollars from it and regulating it correctly to protect the punter at the same time. The free world eh?

There was a free world until the black Friday from April 15, 2011. At that time Americans were playing too much poker in full tilt, pokerstars or other rooms and they were running big sums of money. When the United States government decided that Americans should stop playing it was bad from all players.

this news will change everything for all players from michigan and will allow them to play and do with their own money whatever they want!now its question who will have licence in this state for this job and will be hard for gambling companies to enter on market or they will allow to everybody!

In the past The United States has approved a law issued by the Republican Party that prohibits a large portion of gambling on the Internet. Initially it was a project ... and it was approved after they voted. They said that online gambling is illegal and this is it.

Las Vegas and Atlantic City have spent a truckload of money on lobbying to keep their own monopolies on gambling in the USA.
Then came the indian casinos then some minor legalization and soon every other state will lift their ban on gambling because it's a huge income source for state budgets when the taxation part is done right.
The fun fact here is meanwhile every state had their own lottery game and scrathcard business - as if those should not be considered gambling somehow.

What they did, was not nice because many people have missed the chance to make a lot of money from online poker. This means that they wanted to make a big monopoly in this casino games industry. I hope in two years all USA states to have the right and to play online.

And the game goes back online slowly but steady in united states.
It was just a matter of time. At some point all the states will go online probably,
making the online poker gaming more popular, since the players base is gonna
increase significantly again.

None of them will do it because Stars won't pay any cent for tax that I am sure of. If they work out a license system I could see them making some deal but otherwise gambling will be legal but only for local entities or companies who would pay their dues.

Pokerstars pays licenses and i am very sure of that. Countries like Italy, Spain or France are among the first to receive fees from this poker room. Romania from 2016 where Stars Group paid until 2026. He paid for 10 years to be good to them. Things are legal in some places of Europe.

In the last years few states from the USA they applied and received the right to play poker online. My question is: You saw players from those places at the poker tables in some rooms? I only saw in Pokerstars someone from New Jersey but he was a professional.
