This new fastforward mobile experience can be beneficial for many players who can play outside and can make money, if they have friends around them to help with some good tips. Others will lose money faster, but this is the poker and always have to be at risk, if you want money.
They are making a mountain out of a molehill. When it comes to party, my personal list of their shortcomings is not containing anything about their fastforward games yet they choose to improve an aspect nobody really had any problems to begin with. Very weird.

All poker rooms made changes in recent years and this thing is not good because they adopted the fast style and is not ok for players who play more tables. The blinds at 10 minutes have disappeared from many games and is a big disadvantage.

Cashtables don't have blind levels. Fastforward is mostly cashgame, at least the improvement is really about their castables. There are plenty freezeout tournies still out there with slow moving blind levels.

No doubt the were planning something for mobile devices. Like all other sites do, since you can say that the whole thing is out of control with all that mobility So they want to grasp as many players as possible and get them stuck playing. They more they are one the more the rake

Certainly there are all kinds of games and tournaments but this thing does not mean that they will play all only for cash. I know cases from my neighborhood where more young people aged 18-25 play poker outside and help between them with tips in MTT.
