i have waited for a long time to get my bonus at this site even though the status says that the corfirmaqtion is already send to the side.

You being one of our "users with most approved requests", you should know better than to ask for a status so early in the process - specially when all your other requests has been approved Blink

hey.
I have now been rejected for no obvious reason what so ever.
i have never had an account at ultimate before.
my country is eligable, its my computer is not used by anyone else.
and you, mr. admin. must now that i would cheat, and how should that be possible anyway.

i do, however, have and idea why they reject people.
could it be, yhat if you play a freeroll after you open the account but before you get your bankroll, they will detect as if you already have an account????

i have the same problem... ive played some freerolls also while waiting for the bonus so maybe its that.

Well I was also rejected for no apparent reason, didn't play any freerolls or anything there. Wrote to support about it 5 days ago, but still haven't received a reply.

I've got the same problem. I've never had and account with them, but I got rejected as well. It really sux because UB is now the only U.S. bankroll that they offer! The only thing I can figure is that because I have an account with Absolute Poker and they allow you to transfer between them and UB. [} Smile]

You gotta use the "support" page to send an email to our payment team - and wait (don't send mails like "I send an email yesterday" etc etc).

I have been waiting for a few days (5 bus.), am I to assume that the excess requests have slowed the process more than normal??

It's now showing "Delayed" for me. Does it mean this rejection of this request was kind of cancelled and it's now in some kind of stand-by queue?

Yea I had read that but it was just weird that it turned into "Delayed" from "Rejected". But ah well, the PM I got cleared this up as for myself, and so should be for others...
