hm,how do you mean received a no deposit bonus,but for 2 months nothing was done?you mean that you made request for their no deposit offer,but you didnt got anything on your account or any answer from them or you got approved bonus,but you still dont have money on account? would be nice to know everything about this problem!

I mean that I received confirmation of the bonus, but nothing was received during the week. Then i was forced to go on a business trip. I returned, and only now there is time to deal with this issue. Yes that's right. Nothing has been received until now. I wrote to their support service and there is still no answer.

How did you receive that no deposit bonus, through BankrollMob? if so, then maybe will be helped from here, because two months is too much. I don't know if there is an error or not, but something is wrong. I don't know why they delay too much.

Caspartine then problem probably is at rounder casino,they should do their job and to add you your bonus that you can play!maybe you did trough link on BRM,but dont see how BRM can add you your money,so this should be everything on rounder casino!best thing is that you contact live support and ask them where is problem,no on e mail!if they dont answer to you,probably this say how serious casino site they are!

its good to see that everything is solved and that you dont have problems anymore with you bonus!its strange that you didnt ask before support and to solve this problem,it just was too long,so many weeks!but would be great for all members here,that you write where was problem and how to clear it,that other members know if they would be in same situation!

It is very good that they saw and solved a problem that lasted two months. It normally to wait a few days or a maximum of 2 weeks. That's how i know. Who is lazy does not process those no deposit bonuses properly and after that problems arise... as you had.

too bad that you didnt got your bonus,maybe its some country restriction,because you are from USA and they dont allow you to get this bonus!best thing is that you contact live support,like this member did it and he solved his problems with bonus!they when you see with them,write to us here what did you made!

its not question for BRM,they have nothing with it,you just use their affiliate link,so you need to contact live support of that site that you need bonus!as you can see from post from our member caspartine,he solved everything with live chat and you both of you should ask everything there!probably you will get answer where is problem!
