I am a newbee in online poker ect so i was a little stupid of me in the first place i did not reading the T & C right? I now want to solve this but everything is on my girlfriend name (its because of avoiding taxes ect and yes its legal ). I can open an bankaccount on my name and do what this guy explained to me but thats really a lot of work and it takes lot of time right? But i think there isnt another option.... Or maybe somebody has experienced the same and can help me?

i think i got a solution. i dont know the english word, but since your netherlander you might understand it. its called "kreisverwaltungsreferat" or simply...the place you can get your "birthdocument" u know. there you can either ask them to handle you out your birthdocument, or just a verfied document with your address (stamped).

Yer its all down to the FSA. You are going to have to open a bank account in your name at you address, unless the bank account you currently have has your name on it and current address(joint account should be OK), shouldent take too long, 1 week max if that. Outher option..NONE Most banks will trip over themselvs trying to give you a credit card, so get it done today.
(the birth documet is coverd by passport, they want a current address, the pic ID is fine)

well the best options is to get to this place and get a verfied address. that definatly works. its stamped by them with your name and "address" you live at the moment. thats what neteller wants.
