Pokerstars email problem  0   
does anyone know how to send an email to Pokerstars. I try to do, but i can't. They send me to a place where there is no address or link. I tried with the old email and does not work. There is another address where they say do not deal with customers. With phone number or live, are no options.

If you can log in into client in months ago when i play there it was a live chat options but it was not 24/7 available. Some players in slovenian poker comunity try to reach them trough mail but was waiting for motnths for anwser. Some of them reach tem on twitter on facebook. I don't know how is with phone calls or how fast are they now.

I tried all methods including those with phone number or live, but they are not available for moment. I don't know if it's the same elsewhere but i need to ask some friends. This is very ugly because i gave up the old phone number and forgot to change it in the Pokerstars settings. Now i can't play there anymore and i don't want to lose the account. My login also involves my phone number.

Yep i just don't know what ha happened to them. In "old" days you get your problem solved like nothing, not it's like they just don't care. But problem with live chat is that you must first log in to your acount to reach them and even there they are not working 24 hourse, you must have luck to catch them. Good luck with solving your problem.

Looks like they can only be contacted via the client software. No phone support at the moment, and no e-mail given at all. I don't know how they expect people, who can't access their account at the moment, contact them. Angry

it's a total lack of professionalism, and that makes me no longer trust in this poker room. Such a thing is aberrant because they should have had employees to solve all sorts of problems. I guess it's needed to ask a friend, if he can help me with this thing.

Yes Pokerstars customer service is total 0 and it doesn't look good for players.
Before send question to them and get answer after 2 weeks where they say that must contact with live chat ?? Where is it ? Didn't found so I never had answer.
Now when read those posts looks like it's not possible to contact them.

Not like for example Partypoker , yesterday send email and get answer in 1 hour.

I suppose that they must review their behavior, so as not to lose players. Stars Group has made many poor choices since buying Pokerstars. I remember when they were called Amaya and i didn't like more things. They lost many customers in this way.

Also many times their customers' support team is rude , they do not help you at all . They are fake , not truthfull at all when it comes to solve some problems , first they see how important customer you are (how much you play/lose to them) and then they will treat you accordingly . I am completely sick of their nasty , duvious , discriminatory behavior .

Yep in my case it's amazing how they found time to answer after 2 weeks but answer was only you need to contact live chat. Still try to found it without any results.
Don't understand why they not answer my question but it doesn't matter , there is better sites for play Cool

On internet are enough mistakes, but here the truth is that: administrators and moderators of pokerstars do not do the job for which they are paid. I think they play games to make money. I don't see anything else here because they have no excuses. I wonder if their bosses knows what they are doing?

For this i don't know didn't even hear about it ever that admin's and moderators are playing games i think they are of course forbbiden to do this. You have any luck try to reach them out ? Just try writte them on every social media possible that's how one of my friends solve the problem. On mail he never get the anwser.

In Pokerstars you can do anything because there is a jungle. Nobody controls administrators and moderators. If they had been checked periodically, there would not have been many complaints on social networks against them. I'll try to do something this week. Thanks for the tips.

You need more than just small miracle for get answer but sometimes miracles happens Smile
I finished make any deposits to pokerstars few months ago because of support.
If I remember correct they send some kind of customer feedback asking week or 2 weeks ago and I tell about these kind of problems , maybe it's not change nothing but feel better when you have change to tell what happens.
It was so long letter that I think there is no support team member who had time to read it all Smile))

Thank you. I hope to be successful with this ugly thing. There is no seriousness, but when someone withdraws money i think they are upset. They want things to go only in their order, but customers should be respected. When this thing does not happen, Pokerstars will lose players to other rivals in this industry. So the good advice is for them to be serious. Thumbs Up

They didn't allow me to play satellites during the Micromillions , only for one two events they did . I tried contacting the live support . They are 1.000.000 times worse than the online email support team .
They always do the same thing . they pretend they want to help you , they say wait one minute , you wait 5 minutes , they say wait a little more as our responsible man is trying to find a solution , you wait 10 min , only to say in the end ''do you want sth else;; ,as if they have already helped you , although they hadn't solve your problem/case .
Real time scammers they shouldn't operate at all , their licence should be revoked , if GG poker was operating/had licence in Greece , i would have been playing there . Thank God there are one two more options here , besided JokerStars

It is sad that access to many poker rooms has been restricted in Romania or Greece. This has to do with politics and the economy. In other countries there are no restrictions. I would like Pokerstars to turn its eyes to customers, not always make mistakes or indifference of this kind. In the end, they will regret it, not us.

They are trying their best to make their poker room worse and worse ,i do not understand why , their rakeback sucks , their email or live support sucks , they lost so many pros , their guarantees are lower and lower , they are having nowadays overlays , also they stopped so many games in the micros , this last why they did it ?? They could afford the small overlays and play them like freerolls to boost playrs' bankroll (in the last months they increased freerolls significantly , so why they stopped micro/nano good games is very odd ) Aww crap!

Yes the poker stars is getting worse and worse, i heard allot that player are getting some rakeback promotions but i never get it even when i play regulary six plus holdem there. Maybe becouse i was winning player? Don't know. I am banned till september now anyway haha, hope i get some promo when i am back in.
