I can believe what they want to do with new rules and I read in last days lot of different news about fifa and world cup!one is that every team from south america are against fifa and world cup on every two years and they told that they will not play it!

Football is always a festival. But nowdays its getting frustrated by some rules.. VAR-kind of situations that can ruined that beautiful game. Where you first going all out when there was a goal, you now have to wait to celebrate cause VAR is checking.. I'm not 100% in joy for that VAR.

A new double playoff date has ended here. The South American qualifiers are quite difficult, but for Uruguay the last matches have been disastrous. The point is that you Europeans don't have much idea about the South American qualifiers, and even less about what Bolivia is playing at home. It is true that Uruguay has been playing badly. But in La Paz it is played at 3800 meters above the sea (there is height and you cannot breathe well, it is a constant headache). So it is not surprising that Bolivia beats anyone, playing at home.

I say this mainly because of the odds of the bookmakers. Today the victory of Bolivia paid 3.20 I think, and that of Uruguay 2.40. It should have been the other way around, and even something more favorable to Bolivia (say 1.80). It is really very difficult for Uruguay (and for many other countries) to face Bolivia as a visitor. It is a very important geographical advantage. And when I say they don't know, it's because they haven't played in La Paz; or they have not played with the heat of Barranquilla (both unbearable situations).
