I'm pretty new to this site. So ive played for a few hours with no problems and have seen many a bad beat lol But thats not the point. Then i decide to check my hand history to see if i could of played a hand a bit better. As soon as i do click on the hand history button the whole game freezes mid hand. Seems strange so i restart my computer and checked my connection. So ive logged back on to see that im on sit out and can see i must have lost the hand as my stack is down, So i continue to play and decided i want to check my hand history and once again it freezes so now ive lost money twice due to the software. I wrote an in detail description of what happened and provided screen shots also. I asked a few players if they have the same problem and they confirmed. after 5 days of waiting they blame my internet connection! After i have gone in to detail about it being the software. So now im thinking this site is a bit of a joke and move on. Last night i was playing around Mid night , I have $400bucks left in my account and im playing 3 card poker. 3 hands in and the problem starts i get juttery cards and then it freezes. The table gives me an error message. I take a screen shot and carry one once the table resets after clicking ok. I Press redeal and it freezes again i press the button about 20 times LOL still frozen then the screen goes blank. I instantly check my connection by going on to Pokerstars and checking the network connection they have with my computer. Every thing is fine i play a few hands on there all good, I notice that on the top action pokers lobby it says 0 players and 0 tables.I have many screen shots. i restart my lobby and then i notice my balance is now $140!!! Im fuming now and i contact the online support. I ask what is going on and they say . Quote "At times of high traffic, be it in our servers or your Internet service, some players have experiencing difficulty to access our casino games. While we have not been able to determine the exact nature of the problem " That suggests to me there having problems. so im down $260 bucks and they are having problems. So i ask can they invesatigate and refund my money. They then deny all and say that its my connection problem.??!! Im now even worse than i was before and my head goes.. i ask them to investigate the problem and they said they will forward it to there technical team. I then ask if i will get confirmation or reciept of this. they i got this reply " Brian, the situation will be escalated, further information cannot be provided in this regards. im sorry" so i leave and go to bed. Now im a bit stuck what to do and i want to take this further than just action poker, The service i recieved was shocking there have been no resolve and nothing has been done. i havent got any idea where to go now? Can you help.?

Nver go on this stupid site again, coz its not only casino... If u play poker and missed your turn u ll be sitting out. No problem here, but try to uncheck sit ou option - and then after 2 seconds software without any reason sits u out again... An agan... and again... ~And until u restart software u cannot play...

Really shame on bankrollmob as this site is looking reaaly crap and dishonest... Not talking about their card enerator which is really a joke... Never depsited overthere, and definatley will never do... LOL

lol ! i had this sit out issue too. i think this occurs only if you tab to windows and start another program? ah well i dont remember exactly what ive done wrong but normaly it works fine.

Hopefully.... This is crazy i cant beleive it really. Any one know who sanctions there software? If this isnt sorted thou. I know i can contact that online gaming commision to check on my claims. this is why i took so many screen shots

i would contact the online gaming comission purely because shuan will sort it out n get ur money back... but if u take it further n plan on leaven the site anywayz, throught the online gaming comission you could get so much more, Good luck with it all anywayz!

Hi Guys

Firstly happy new to you all.

I have just returned from holiday so this is the reason that I am only just replying.

I have been advised that over the xmas and new holiday we had some tech issues which caused the games to cash/freeze, resulting in some players loosing some funds most of those players have been contacted and there accounts have been credited.

If you can supply you Action name and the amount that you feel you have lost due to the tech error I will look into it, I also agree that the customer services you got sucks 100% i will be dealing with this tomorrow rest assured this will be sorted.

If you want to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission please feel free they are there for players but in this case Action Poker has no case to answer with the Kahnawake Gaming Commission it was pure tech problem.

If you do not want to post your action username and the amount you feel you are down please email me [email protected] and type the subject at BANKROLLMOB.

Once again sorry for the poor services from the Action staff but please rest assured I will fix your account nd the CS issue.

Sorry shaun i also had a few days vacation. Yeah sorry about the 3 threads i wasnt sure what forum it needed to go on. My username is 22sick. i lost alot of money due to these technical issues and in one convo with support on new years eve they said there having tech issues due to high loads then denied it?? I would appreciate all the help i can get and thank every one in support. I heard your the man to go to. Smile let me know if you need any further info.

Also i have 3 bonus pending on this account. Im not going to play on there till i receive my refund. But what can be done about them? im half way through the one with in 4 days and i have been inactive for 7 due to this problem. and i have 16 days left. Smile sorry for all the grief
