I play mostly freerolls and when I win something, I bet on cash games and lose it there, I would like to know how to win, sometimes I lose a hand with AA

hold'em poker is not easy, that's why you have to learn a little strategy and to try to understand certain things. This is good because it will help a bit more. Any amateur, average or experienced player loses with AA.

poker is always going to be long term, but first you have to study and have a solid strategy and then start playing a certain amount of hands and then see your results and draw your conclusions.
