I won a $5 ticket for a tournament so I registered, when I sit to play, the server was failed. They give my ticket back, but it expires in 48 hours and they dont make a tournament to use it. I think all winners on Bankrollmob freeroll suffered prejudice.

Well this isnt ok and they should give something to you and other players! If they canceled something, they must give other tournament that will work, not just ticket that expire in 48 hours! We will see what will happen, will they react as site or brm will do something or not!

it was to write to the support of both for someone to help you clarify this matter or for them to exchange this ticket for some other tournament or something else turnament money or something like that while there is still time ... Although after some time you can press them and to win something so that it doesn't go away completely, because probably not, only you have such a problem, so maybe they'll come up with some form of compensation themselves...

probably he will have problems with this, but its not ok to cancel some tournaments, then to give again ticket and not to set up new tournament! we will see what new information he will provide us and will he write again here, but will be good to see will they make changes about this and will they give him some other ticket!
