I think it's here: 1. Mob Account 2. Support 3. Account (Mob Account) 4. Verification: Upload ID, and here it says: If you have technical problems uploading any kind of ID documents to your Mob account, then please e-mail the documents with your username to [email protected] (can take up to 2-4 working days, Mon-Fri).

I hope you manage to solve this situation and get rid of this inconvenience... I don't know now how it is with ID... because i sent few years ago for me. Good luck with whatever you want to do and have a nice weekend.

Problem solved. The referred person has sent a scan for acceptance. I followed the instructions you gave me Calicul. But I don't know if that's how he sent the scan. Did he find it elsewhere. I sent the scan of the ID a long time ago and I didn't know how to help him.
