hello,
before i began to use no deposit bonus i played two times with real money. i gave 20$ to pokerstars and withdraw 30 after this i tried out a ndb at tony g and before this bonus get obtained i gave them 20$ and withdraw 56$ all by playing fixed limit holdem( the safe way to earn with less danger of bad beats) or no limit holdem in low limits max 0,10/0,20 or 0,20/0,25
( and before i began to poker i gambled at the stock exchange , and would be happy about this margin )

I play mostly fix-limit cash-tabel and freerolls. If you find a good freeroll with low number of players and high pot you have a fair chance to make some money.
Thats were I made most of my bankroll, but have used most time at the cash-tabel.

Had made a couple hundred from the micro NL tables playing 12 tables at a time. Gotta improve my game tho... Had issues with controling myself (tilt) too back then but its a lot better now

Started 7 months ago, first did the party poker no deposit... Busted in 1 week After that i deposit $75 at Full Tilt, after 1 month i cleared the bonus and had $175 (dont remember exactly) Then went to SunPoker with my BR, did pretty well and my BR grow to sometin like $500. Also did no deposit offer at Action Poker and Vulcan Poker givin me a boost of $500 extra. After that went to ladbrokes did not really good, littl up, allmost break even, my first downswing Now playin for 5 months at PKR, my result are better, not good enough. My BR is growing have 6,5K now and hope to reach the 10K before the summer starts

i recently put the $50 bounes on titan and absouluty killed on the blackjack table made $300 but when i went to withdraw about an hour later it was back down to $50

I think i won not very much i withdrawel weekly 100$ .. but that is not very much .. some mates of me win a lot so compared to him its nothing but im happy with it!
