Another essential skill that should form part of a winning player's poker strategy is avoiding heartbreak. Your opponents will use your emotions against you, but only if you allow them to. Emotionally gambling leads to bad decisions and losing money. Everyone has heartburn and frustration, and sometimes the only cure is to take a break from gambling. No problem, the game will continue there in ten minutes. In fact, it will continue to be there tomorrow.
A great point. In poker you have to have a short memory. Emotion is definitely not an ally at least in my perspective. The quicker you reign them in the least it affects your play
Excessive gambling can have serious and long-term consequences for life, such as relationship problems or job loss, poor general health...etc...Gambling can stimulate the brain's reward system, just like drugs or alcohol, which can lead to addiction! If you can constantly chase losses, use your savings and create debt..Stay Safe! PlayResponsibly!
