And did you check all the conditions for joining and receiving the bonus before signing up? Are you sure this promotion is valid in every country? You always need to check such things before signing up, because sometimes there are small details that can prevent you from getting such a bonus. Have you checked all this thoroughly? I just suppose that might be it.

Yeah it's very important to read all terms and condition before sign in, especially read the list of restricted countries and make sure that your country is not on that list.

Don't know but these free bonuses and spin's. I use them allot and it' really hard to get some money from this. I win just one time i get about 200 bucks on some machine i clear it and it was litlle more then 100 dollars. And when i try to cashout it was like month of verif this verify that slows support and after month and some they just close acount and nothing from them. And i read all the rules and didn't do nothing wrong, from that i don't even care about those anymore. Maybe i just get to bad site. I am not saying that are all fake far from that see someone who win. But the bigger and sites whit reputation.
