I don't think it's a stupid question... Some people make hundreds of dollars a year from this, e.g. they win 100 Mobdraw tickets on the Mobcalendar and win on Sunday and then win 100 tickets again and miraculously they win the Sunday Mobdraw again... or every month a small group of players win 200, 500, and 1000 Mobpoints... and of course the Mobsafe shoots... on the other hand, there are those who can't collect 5000 Mobpoints in a year...

it depends on your luck with the mob calendar, safe or draw. You can also write comments or reviews to get more points. In this way i can say that you have better chances, and the time depending on what prizes you win... It's worth it.
I have won 6x100 Mobdraw tickets in the last few months but none of them were drawn in the weekly draw... Pure bad luck... I think forum posts are not really considered as a way to collect Mobpoints as they give 10 or 5 points. It's more like a pleasant pastime. But whoever can get 5000 Mobpoints out of this, with all due respect!
There's no way to calculate the exact period of time needed to earn 5000 Mobpoins. It all depends on your luck. If you open 5 doors on a daily basis, use your 1 attempt per day on the Mobsafe and have some luck in the Mobdraw, then probably you'll be able to cashout 2-3 times per year.

the important thing is that he does not lose anything if plays and can take some bankroll to play where he wants with that money. How hard can it be? I say it is not, but everyone chooses as they want.

You would have to calculate the probabilities of that happening, but quite incredible. Do you remember how many shots you used? The most I managed was, in the same month, open the safe with $50 a few days apart. I don't remember how many precisely, but I must have created a thread about it surely
