My dear. does it let you withdraw if you have no posts in the last 7 days, or if you have no review on a gambling platform? If this happens, then the rules are as you say. Otherwise, there are rules on both sides, which must normally to be respected. I hope you understand at least this.

Why is it that for some the withdrawals are made in a minute or in one business day, and for others not even in 10 business days, constantly? I'm just asking to know if I'm the only one who sucks? It seems to me that all these things are purely subjective and there are no rules to be followed at all. It is simply DISAPPOINTING.

each of us can receive the money in a minute or in two weeks. No one is disadvantaged here, it just depends on how the cashier's program works... Good luck.

And if you start writing them the reviews they deserve in cases like this when they don't respect their own rules, they get very angry, suddenly... It's like in Games of Thrones: Shame...

Usually there was 1-8 days, but last cashout took 20 days, and now i am on 21th day and counting. I know that there are no problem with BRM regarding payment, but now it take a lot of time, 3 weeks and stil counting.

I understand you when you write something like this, they made lot of new rules about cashout and you just want to get it after many days! we all know that that they pay every time!
