Exactly as dule-vu wrote. Try to contact their support via another form of contact via e-mail or livechat. Maybe they have a lot of issues to solve at the moment and are busy and that's why it's taking so long. Scorpion2288 then write to them to hurry them up and ask what's going on...

I hope its only a glitch in the matrix and they will soon correct the mistakes they did it. They lunched a new version of their client so maybe they got issues with it and didnt got time to set everything okey. I think they got only email customer support and not live support, which isnt good for us players. We must to solve some problems atm not after 2 or 3 days.
