I think it is a tradition at BitStarz to offer a car every year with this promotion. Many players do not approve of this, but it is the casino's decision and this will not change if the players do not ask for it...
They usually don't send out the car itself, you just get a check for the cash equivalent of the advertised base model (like in this case $52k) which they can write off later from their taxes (lol).
