I have problems with cashout. I have written review - and it is not counted I don’t know why. And without review it is not allowed to make cashout. I sent message to support on February 2 - they don’t answer. What should i do?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your cashout and not receiving a response from support, but you have to be patient In a mean time while you waiting make sure that you have met all the necessary requirements for cashing out, including submitting a valid review. If you mean on situation that you still have message on account in pink window, how you need to make review, then you dont have to worry! If you made 5 posts and review with more then 1000 characters before you made cashout, then everything is ok! That message stay whole time and it will not remove even when you write review!

you have my answer above! if you made your cashout after you made 5 posts and review with over 1000 characters, then everything is ok! you will still have this message on account, every member have it! but if you didnt do something of this and made cashout before, then you have problem! but everything will be good, you will get your money on one or other way!

Afimpa, before ordering a withdrawal, you must write five posts on the forum within a week plus a review about bingo, poker, casino, bookmaker. If you have done this, you can request a withdrawal. I think your problem is that the review you wrote was too short... Did you get 100 mob points added to your bankrollmob account automatically after writing the review? If it has been added, you can immediately order a withdrawal to Skrill or Party Poker, and if it has not been added, you must write another review of at least 1000 characters.
