Hello, I have a question: how long do you have to wait for a response from administrators or support people on BankrollMob? I'm asking because I've already sent three messages in 10 days and haven't received any response yet. My messages were related to an email I received directly from BankrollMob and I am surprised that I have not received a reply.

Thanks for the answer, I thought someone had already been in such a situation and would let me know how long they waited for the answer. I don't know how to tag people's details here, so I would tag the administrator and maybe someone would answer me. Ok. then I will continue to wait for a response from support.

It's unfortunate that you haven't received a response from BankrollMob after sending multiple messages. They may have a high volume of inquiries or delays in processing, which could be causing the delay. I guess patience is the key, I hope you will get your response soon , good luck

It has already been resolved, thank you very much. As you can see, I'm a bit too impatient I think that BankrollMob cares about its users, although sometimes it takes longer than we expect or expect. Just out of interest, i would like to mention the following. last afternoon, early early evening central european time, when i tried to access the site, the browser said i was not allowed to view the site,. It was strange that the Cloudfare check didn't work either. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Everything works fine for me now...

yes, sometimes he give me same message whjen I want to log in! cloudfare check and check and then he say that he cant do it! but you just refresh page and try it again!

I personally did not encounter any issues with accessing the site during that time, but it's possible that there was a temporary glitch or server issue that affected some users.
