Hi . I have a problem with the gg.bet site, which did not approve my withdrawal of 240 + 700 euros, and they immediately blocked my account and money. I immediately wrote to their support (I can forward the email to you) their reason was at first "abuse of the bonus program", when I asked them exactly what and how I should have abused it and why no one ever warned me, I got the answer that it was for security reasons they can't tell me. Laughter! And after about 2 weeks, it suddenly changed that, according to them, the reason is "multiacount". I am 100% convinced that I have never opened any other account with them. When I asked the support what other account they think I have in what name, they wrote back that they would not tell me for security reasons. I have never experienced this anywhere. I used Gg for about half a year, I had several deposits and withdrawals, about 50 to 100 euros each, but according to everything, the mentioned 940 was already beyond their budget. I won this sum in a combination of casino plus multiple sports bets. And somehow I asked them for an email where I can complain, since the phone numbers listed on the website are not working, and after about 5 attempts they wrote back to [email protected], so I wrote a reply, but after 4 days I received no response . I am sure of my truth and I have a feeling that the gg.bet site will soon go bankrupt or disappear from the market

something like that is not nice, but in your country is not a place where you can file complaints against them, if you are right ? Now it depends on the bonus program and other things like that wager...

Unfortunately, there is no institution in our country that could investigate this. Honestly, I haven't come across anything like this in 15 years. That's why on the forum, maybe someone will give me good advice.

as I see their licence is on curacao, that also is problem! if you complain to somebody they can say why you dont use some site from eu! try to search on google for more informations! but as always they have right to close every account as they want, because you click that you agree with their terms and conditions!
