remember when I started playing poker online about 16 years ago and I confess that I became addicted to the game; lupopathy they call it. I played all poker modalities, participated in tournaments and other competitions; fortune did not smile on me in most of them because in the end "the house always wins" and that cost me a small fortune; about 50 thousand dollars. That is part of my history in the world of the poker game.

Honestly, it's sad and unfortunately many people lose control over their gaming. You have become addicted to gambling and I see that it has been going on for quite a few years now. I wonder if you plan to do something about it? Go to some therapy, seek some help? It is difficult to solve such a problem on your own. I hope you succeed, I wish you the best.

Gambling itself is very addictive, so you really need to be careful and watch yourself. As for the amount he has lost over the years, for some it will be a large amount, for others it will be small. Here everything depends on your individual financial situation. As for me, I couldn't afford to lose $8 every day for so many years. That's why it's relative

What I meant was that even in these 16 years I couldn't afford to lose such an amount. Converting this amount into the currency of my country is PLN 200,000, and this is a very large sum for me. Even counting how many years it would take me to lose her. I wouldn't allow myself to suffer such a loss. I assume that when playing any gambling game, be it casino, poker, bookmaker, I assume how much money I can play and possibly lose, if I get something positive from it, I withdraw immediately and continue to play only with the predetermined amount. If I lose it, I don't play anymore. I'm not depositing any more money. I'm giving up.

That's a smart approach to gambling. Setting limits and sticking to them is key to responsible gambling.

I agree that it is a large sum when you look at it at once, but in 16 years it is not terrible, I know people who lose several thousand a month. I couldn't afford to lose $8 a day either

it's probably a lot of money or not, it depends on your financial strength, but i would play satellites and tournaments, if you want to recover in time some money or all money. Cash not, because it's terrible there...
