I'm just about eligible to receive one of the gift certificates, and am wondering if the 40€ to kick off poker would also work with pokerbiker, as they seem to be the same just with different skins ?

Sure, we might be able to figure out something. Just make sure to write your pokerbiker accountnam when requesting the €40 for kickoffpoker, and write "(pokerbiker)" after your accountname (in the accountname field), so our payment guys knows where to put the money!
Ok, nice to hear, hope it works, in the field I was asked to put in my Everest poker name (the site where I earned the gift) so I did followed by my pokerbiker name and (pokerbiker)....
Well today my request was processed, but there are no money in my pokerbiker account, can you admin perhaps see what has happened ? Thanks in advance...

You sure? I can't see why payment team would mark your request as approved & paid, if it hasn't been paid. It's likely that the money is in your "Cashier" balance and not in the Poker balance, so login at www.pokerbiker.com and go to "Cashier" - you should be able to see it there (Poker, Cashier, Sportsbetting, Casino - I think it's named)
