If I will win in freeroll. Can I withdraw them winnigs right away, or do I have to play certain amount of raked hands in site first?

So i saw the announcement for the BRM $200 Freeroll at full tilt, but i can't register:S Why is that?
It is open for registration because 80 people already registered but i don't see a register button:S
