Ok, it's 4.00 a.m.I've had 6 pints, a pleasant evening and decide to play "just a couple of hands" for fun - no taking any big chances mind - before resting my bleary head. My "massive" 26 Euro bankroll ground out from a starting 20 over the last week is, I assure myself in no danger.
So, small stakes - 5/10c - in for 6 Euro - post the big blind and - 66 comes up.Hmmmm. Table of 6. Ok. One person limps in middle position, small blind raises to 40.'Middle' guy's on 1.50, s.blind something over 14.
To my fuddled mind it seems very simple - re-raise - the middle limper will probably fold and the small blind was probably just taking his chances.Half right.. Mr SB just RE-RAISED to 1.70......A****.
So I call and the flop comes - A Q J rainbow. HA....got him .....if I go ALL IN he'll assume I hold AA or QQ and i'm SURE he's only got low - medium pair or possibly AK ........i'm a genius.
And he calls:.Me 66 ..... him AQ. ......... Turn...... 2 I can FEEL his smug grin at taking another fish.... River .....6
Worst hand i've played all week......but hey....in 5 miutes flat I made the same it had taken me all week to grind out. Bad poker.Yup.But I'm still going to bed with a smile on my face. Luck of te devil.

Yeah, this was a very lucky hand at the end... But it was a very bad play. Just imagine the other player when he saw the river..OMG I hate these situations, when I have AQ... But on the other side, in long term the AQ has the profit.

Wow. Expert play, buddy.
Lowish pocketpair and three(!) broadway cards hit the board. Should be an easy muck. But if you typed "i knew the 6 was coming" in the chat, then the hand was played perfectly.

Woah, that was really lucky! Keep playing like that and your bankroll will reach 0$ soon It was really risky seaing as how they re re re raised preflop, it was obvious someonad had an Ace and a nice kicker...

This provides me with an intriquing stratedgy for playing poker that practically guarantees .that the more you drink the better your chances of wining will be::
Drink 4-pack get 44 go all in... Have 6-pack get 66 .............. etc.
