CDPoker: deposit got lost  +1   
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
On Jan. 7-2009 I deposited 10 Euro to CdPoker, using their cashier / UseMyBank.
So the money is transferred to UseMyBank.com straight from my own bankaccount, with an Order-ID. The same moment I pressed the Send-button, the CD-Cashier-window said it lost contact with their server and i might have to do the order again. When I checked, the money was already withdrawn from my bank-account, but CDPoker claims they never received my deposit. Now, after 2 weeks and many mails, UMB assures me the payment was made and CD still denies. What more can I do? ( I am so glad I never deposit more than 10 EU the first time)
Has anyone similar experiences?

Ask for a recipt.
It looks like its been sent but no one recived it, i know it sounds daft but if it happend during prcess its quite possable.
I think you will need proof from who ever you sent the money from, that you sent money.
and proof from CD poker that they never recived the money.
Dont threaten with legal action as then they will blanc you.
It going to be a bit of a chitter to get it, but keep trying.
Proof is what you need.

I made 2 10$ deposit to CD poker in January and both went ok and got the 15$ promised bonus as well. (used moneybooker though). Send them a copy of your account statement (if you have it) to show that you have sent money to them.

never had a problem with cd made a few deposits using moneybookers and no problem,I just wait for the insta cash bonuses they offer before I deposit..heehehehee.. Big Smile

I had a very strange situation with CD poker a couple of weeks ago...

I had a roll of 500 Euros and a pending cashout of 300. Was at a cash table and up, left it. But instead of my balance increasing, it suddenly shrinked to sth. like 460 Euros. I took a look at the pending withdrawal, and suddenly it said: pending cashout: 255 Euros.

After a while of thinking I wrote to the online support. There I was told, that there had mistakenly been a double-payment ( meaning: I withdrew money and they paid it to me twice ) on the 01/12/2007!!!!!! 2 years ago...

So, I can see that what they did is correct, but if I hadnt asked, they would not have contacted me. I never received sth like a mail or message including details about their double-payment.

But I can say that their live support is quite fast and friendly. Still that makes me think about depositing there again. Question

Divinitas, did you know you got paid double 2 years ago?

Joe_Average, there was a similar story by another poster in BRM. I think Action Poker gave him the money even though they did not receive the money? I think that's what happened.

Yesterday I called GobalCollect, who does the administrive work for UseMyBank-Netherlands. They took me very serious( the first! ) and already this morning I received a copy of the e-mail they sent to UMB, with a screenshot of their console with my payment; urging them to contact CDPoker. So the story continues.... Smile

@ B1gfoot: I did send them all the details, including a screenshot of my bankstatement;
everytime the same reply: we didn't receive a deposit. I think they are too lazy to look into their financial records Angry

@ Divinitas: I agree that their support is friendly, but it depends on who is on duty wether it is fast; some take 5 min.+ to respond to any question or remark.
Another thing about their communications: they could have sent you a message like you said, especially after 2 years!!!
Online support claimed to have sent me an email, which i only received when a REAL helpfull rep re-sent it to me. Later they again claimed to have sent me emails that I didn't receive... so... what is wrong with them? Aww crap!

OK, now send the response of CD poker with proff that your account was not funded to UseMyBank, they seam like the ones to eal with, cd poker will juust say, we never got it, not our problem.
