10 hours aint much man, on some other places it would take like a week. Bankrollmob has fast way to deal with this stuff, I mean there is lot of users and lot new signing up so little bit patience please.

indeed gene. if i remember mine took 24hours and in my opinion it went fast. beside it was my first site ever to sign up for any bonus i wasnt even sure if i do get the promised bonus ( im paranoid ) i was more than happy as i recieved it 2 days after registration.

Maybe you are a criminal, so that's the problem Firework. They checked your ID at wanted list. But they couldn't find you, because you sent a false ID.
Some sites take 10-12 days. It took 
))
