AJ in early position is a death trap, even if it is sooooted. But if you want to play it, don't just call, raise it up.

You hit a dreamflop for your hand, so raise more on that flop. A raise to 500 would be good against one opponent, but after 3 people have allready put 100 chips in, their odds are to good. Make them pay to continue in that hand.

Yes, I'm agree with you.
But from early position Aj I decided to call only.
On the flop I thought to have the best hand, and I didn't want take immediately the pot (sorry for my english, I'm Italian).

I made a lot of mistakes but I was unlucky too.

hello,

i dont play poker long ago but in my opinion it wasnt an absolute mistake.i think with more experience you will play this hand different.
i lost many hands in my early days ( ok and now too Big Smile ) in hope for a big pot and slowplay good cards.
but there are many players calling everything if they smell a drawing chance

i think either way u would of lose that hand no matter what u did
unless u went all in on the flop then it might be a tough one for the QK guy.. but either way no matter what u did i dont think that guy is folding qk preflop unless someone went all in preflop n u had such a bad position so u couldnt raise anyways... but yea hes not going anywhere after the flop n especially the turn hes jumping up n down when that hit...

Preflop raise or fold.
AJ (sooted or not) is for me a fold in early position.
AJ in early position is a ''trouble maker''

Nothing you can do. He got totally lucky. Call preflop with bad players is not bad when they usually don't price you out with a big bet.

He had, what, 9 outs to hit the turn, like 18% so he got nearly half his stack in there with 18% chance to hit turn.

You had like 13 outs to win the hand on the turn, even if he had a straight you have like 26% chance to hit to flush/full house.

i believe aj is the worst hand in poker
most people always get burn with those hand
the most badluck hand u can play suited or not in less u hit the flop hard

I think you got beat and it was all your fault.
You let old fat thing take controll of the hand when you had cances to take the pot pre-flop or atleast represent a hand, then you make a bad bet when the flop came out, dont bet draws you could have seen anouther card for 100, on that flop against 5ppl you could well allready be beat, id guess you would have called an all in there, dont want to bet when you expect lots off calls unless you got nuts, then your 2 pair hits and you go all in on that board, wrong, game over...pleas insert coins to play again.

I would played AJ , too. Blinds are very small, so it's a cheap call. So I wouldn't raise it from early position. The flop was very good, but dangerous...
But you had enough chance to play it.

I would also play AJ and wait until the flop comes!
