Usually around noon, but can be anytime during day/night.

It says around noon european time, around noon means somewhere around noon I believe Aww crap!

I can give you some advice... When i check it in the morning around 10/11 CET there are always sme bonuses for PKR left. Did't check today but since monday they were always aviabile at that time... I think it will be harder to get the bonus for Mansion as this bonus is new and of what i know the PKR bonus was already aviabile on BRM some time ago so some users already had the bonus some time ago...
