Anyone else had any issues lately with slow reply's from the support group. I sent in my screen shot of my 5000+ Titan points 3 weeks ago....resent it a week ago....emailed the support people 3 days ago and still no reply other than the automated we will get back to you within 48 hrs....Any one else had issues like this I usually find this site quite well run?

If you e-mailed the screenshot to the specified address, it would go to Titan Poker, not us, as we cannot issue the additional bonus at Titan Poker, only they can.
Is this the email address? It's the address you give on the page for the free bankroll offer on this site. However the address would imply that it that it's sent to you.
I will need to get it right too as I am nearing the 5000 points mark.

Dellbo99, we are currently trying to figure out if Titan Poker is able to do something "automatic", but just keep an eye on the offer-page, as it will be changed there if the instructions changes.

According to Titan Poker, lots of people have received the extra $50 bonuses - of course I don't know exactly how many "lots" are, but if I knew, I couldn't disclose that information either

before asking think about yourself as a mistake no the admins and then everything be ok, but if you have some questions then i think the admins are very polite to answer
