One question, the cashout to Neteller how does it work Admin?
Is it a account to accout transfer, or a deposit from a merchant?

Some people have a SIMPLE Neteller account, where you can deposit funds back and forth with the merchant only. It does not allow you to receive transfers from other Neteller accounts.

Is that good enough reason for you sir?

I hope its deposit from a merchant or else I can't recieive the money (have to go on Kickofpoker) never bothered to upgrade my Neteller..
