Sounds like a browser issue. Looks like you're using IE 7, so it whould work. I've never experienced that problem, not with IE, firefox or safari. You might also have some kind of "internet security" software installed that could interfere with javascript running properly.
Some users might have certain issues when using internet explorer 6, but that browser is so old that nobody really shouldn't use it anymore. It's unsafe and has it's own opinion about how websites should be displayed.

I work most of the day at BRM without any 20 second load times The average loadtime measured by a service we have to check for uptime, reports max response time in February at 11 seconds. It doesn't show time of day, but it's most likely during the time where the server is doing a complete external backup. The average response time is less than 2 seconds. Those stats are based on info from several locations all over the world, US and Europe mostly.
You also need to consider that our banners are not running from the BRM server, they are provided through a partner, so if you have connection issues through their server, that might also affect the load speed. Could also be a flash banner, ie. the rakeback banner, that could cause your computer to increase loadtimes or something else.
A funny story - at a non-poker site where I sometime come, a certain banner would make the newest version of Safari go crazy and use up 100% of the CPU, where as any other browser didn't notice anything at all. Removing that flash banner made Safari work properly again. Sometimes weird stuff just happens and goes away again by itself
This usually just happens to me only when my internet connection is VERY low, ONLY. But for you I guess it's not about your connection. So I don't see why though

I get the same proble, the account info loads but takes a while for mob points to show. The banners are killing bankrollmob, the vergin one was the worst but now i think its the royal rummy. Firefox 3 . whatever it is now
I get this screen after poting, it lasts around 15-20 seconds Even happens when trying to view a post, when you press back etc, a little annoying....

That doesn't make much sense What is the exact URL you were at, when that happend?
And it's even weirder that NONE of us in the office has experienced it, and we probably perform more pageviews on the site than any of the users do (each of us)
Bigfoot, if you can give some information about how often you see that the page hangs (and does it eventually load by itself again, or does it stop completely?) then we can try and disable all the banners for your account and see if you still experience problems. But if it's only like once a month you see it, then it probably won't do much good anyway.

Url---any. On the pic i posted i pressed back.(so going back to forum) It all seams quite random, i was trying to get to geneyuss challange and it just would not load, took about 5 attempts. I think you guys have diffrent acces to bankrollmob than us? possably why you dont see these errors. How offten--today a lot nearly each time i go to a new url, but has been going on about a week. Yes it normally eventually loads
At the moment everythng seams super fast??? 1-2 max seconds per page.

Bigfoot, I disabled the banners in the left column for you now - please let me know how that works out. If everything is in order, we can try and enable them again but remove the first one (ie. the rakeback / rummy banner).
If it still does not work, I will try to disable the right column banners too and see how that is.
------------ And no, we're using the exact same bankrollmob.com like everybody else - just with a few added features to keep everybody under our mind control

I don`t have such problems at all with FF3 but there is some issue with temp folder. I don`t know if this is related to latest update for FF but after last update my internet temp folders influence speed so much that I need to empty it manually at least once a day, ok now I made shortcut on desktop so im doing it just because it is there. After I delete everything in temp and temporary internet files folders, everything works at maximum speed.
For those who don`t know what I`m talking about: My Computer => C: => Documents and Settings => YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME => Local settings => and here you should have 2 folders 1. Temp 2. Temporary internet files
These are system folders and you should have "Show hidden files and folders" setting enabled under "Tools => Folder options => TAB "View" under "Hidden files and folders"
Hope this helps
EDIT: If some of the cookies and temporary files cannot be deleted they are probably IE7 cache files so you will need to open IE7 and clear entire history, forms, data and everything except passwords from "Internet options" menu.
