Pacific Poker no deposit bonus (support)  0   
Hi,

I have requested for Pacifican Poker (888) more than 3 week ago.
BRM told me I have to send PP my ID for verification again. So I did.
They sent me an email that my account will be activated within 24-48h.
After a few days without any further message I decieded to contact BRM.
They said (1st answer) "It seems your account is now approved." and (2nd) "PP will send us an e-mail when we can credit the bonus."
So, I sent a message to PP Support-Team. They just answered: "In order to receive the no deposit bonus you will have to register for a
money play account then the bonus will be credited on your account." (My account name was written on the bottom of my letter.) Aww crap!
Well, I sent them a message again, including a explanation.
Their answer: "Please be advised that I have forwarded your email onto our
Promotions Department for further assistance on this matter.
Kindly allow between 24 to 48 hours for a response."
Now are more than 4 days past and there is neither an answer nor money.
Is it just my bad luck or is Pacific Poker (support) a little weird!?

Does anyone got experience with PP Bonus? (Maybe, already received it)

I have received the Pacific Poker bonus, but it was LOOOOONG waiting time.
A month from I requested it to I got the bonus.

Have to say that the first ID I send had some missing info, so I had to resend a new one.

Anyway, you need patience.

Hello Junky Monkey , i got EXACLTY the story about Pacific Poker , and the same problem

I sent about 3 or 4 email to Pacific Poker and they told me that now my account is approved and they arte waiting the autorisation from Bankrollmob.com

So it seems the problem comes from Bankrollmob : so , i sent Bankrollmob two emails but i got no answer Sad Sad Sad

Sounds like you did not understand what i mean !
my request was INITIALY rejected because PP wanted my ID and the bankrollmob email (more than one week ago) told me to send PP my ID, i did it ,and now my account PP is OK , and they told me that i have to claim my bonus to bankrollmob ... so i am still waiting ....

Then we have to re-process your request.

I just noticed that the ID we have from you, is from Feb 28, and your PP request was rejected after that. So if I process your request now, they will just reject it again as the docs (ID) is the same.

You can mail it directly to me if you like: support (at) bankrollmob.com, then I can upload immediately and have it re-processed as soon as possible.

i thnik it's ok now ,because i'd reveived an email , answering to my ticket

All we know is, that it's "rejected due to documents", by pacific poker. What you might have sent to PP etc., we don't know about Smile

But I've put your request to processing again, so it will be processed within a few days - we'll see if they will accept it this time.

I hope they won't reject it again. Otherwise I have to send them my ID one more time, wondering what they did about the last one. Their support seems to me very unsystematic and kinda unprofessional (probably outsourced to India Tongue )

I send them exactly the same information again (username/email) then I got

The ID documents uploaded to BankrollMob when you created your account, has not been accepted by 888.com.

I sent them my ID again, but I already did it a few weeks ago ( Aww crap! )

The only ID we have from you is the one you uploaded in January - Pacific has rejected it twice now, so you need to send some ID that they will approve. I wrote my email address earlier in this thread and I still haven't recived anything new from you Smile

Usually it's enough to just send it to pacific and let them handle the rest, but sometimes things just goes wrong Smile Your ID has been received so we'll try your bonus request again, I sure hope it works this time Cool
