Pokerstars is the biggest, but i think if you want to play torneys you shoulde look for some smaler sites were it is not min. 2000 players in a tourny (like it is on Pokerstars).

My personal experience is low, but i can tell u this:
I agree with most of the opinions on PokerStars. It's a very good site, lot's of games available and in all levels. Good SnG's and free tourneys, although they are very large. Also, good rake (something that no1 has mentioned yet).
PartyPoker has very good graphics, if u ask me, but the highest rakes that i've ever seen (i play usually at low levels). Also, it has very good freerolls available (specially the ones that u get if u deposit in the last 60 days).
Finally, MansionPoker is a very good option. I'm playing there now and it has good SnG's offers, but very few and low freerolls. I don't know about the big tournaments, so i can't comment on that topic.

I must say that the best poker site that I know is FullTilt poker! There is lots of cash tables and tourneys and good rakeback offers. The second best site is PokerStars....
