Pacific poker slow withdrawals ...   0
I've been with Pacific a few weeks now, and I love the site. Some great mtts with not too many runners, always a good thing.

I've deposited there a few times with ease, instant via moneybookers. Today I went to withdraw for the first time though, and was told on Live chat that it can take up to 5 working days! that is ridiculous! Most sites I've cashed out of only took at most over night to payout to moneybookers.

Pacific have me ID, all my personal details and can see that I have deposited at least 4 times. Yet they need all that time to process my small withdrawal request!?

It's a downer IMO, a black mark against an otherwise great site. Have any of you withdrawn from pacific?

most likely just safe guarding themselves, Titan tell you it could take x amount of time 72 hr's I think but it's always quicker than they say

Pacific Poker doesn't even look at your cashout for the first 72 hours, so you will always be able to reverse the amount you've withdrawn. After this 72 hours they process the cashout and you will have the money on your MB account sooner or later. Anyway, they aren't working too fast.

I have withdrawn several times, and iit's always about patience at Pacific.

i have to agree with forcod. A withdrawal-request is processed really slow on pacific poker. I think i waited 7 business days the first time, and after that 4 business days.

I think they hope you will reverse the withdrawal when you run out of patience. I think that's bad practice. It's not fair on the customer, no problem depositing instantly of course, try chasing that back!!!

Pacific, get it sorted, look after your players. Seems like you don't want us to win!

MOney went into moneybookers this evening, 3 days after withdrawl. So not as bad as I expected, I had e-mailed to ask why it would take up to 6 days (as i was told so on their Live support) - Maybe that hurried it along? 3 days isn't so bad. If it stays that way i won't complain Smile
