I sent my ID dokuments for the neteller and I would like to ask that why did they not accept these ?

I sent them a perfect copy of my passport and a copy of a bill showing my address, they wouldn't accept the bill as they said it was 'cropped' even after I explained I had to use a camera to take the shots as I've no camera. A bit overly fussy i think, what difference does it make that it's slightly cropped? They had no problem with my ID. Moneybookers aren't near as fussy.
Neteller provides excellent services. They are 100% safe. A bit more expensive than Moneybookers but I prefer Neteller because of different reasons - free Mastercard for example.
I have to sign up and to choose one of them ( to cashout ) Why Doomdy should I choose Moneybookers? Seems to me you are really enthusiastic.... do you work for them?
