At 350$ you'll be comfortably rolled for NL10 (0.05/0.1 stakes). Most people usually go by 20-25 BuyIn mangement with some even going by 40BIs. Might suggest you start at lower stakes before moving up though, just to get the hang of cash games as oppose to SnGs and tournments
Yes the best stakes for your bankroll is for nl holdem 0.05/0.10. I think that cash games are good for the point if you have to realize a bonus, but tournaments are the best way to win money. Good luck for your bankroll management.

One should have at least 20 buy ins for the level of play. So with a $350 roll stick to NL10 or lower. If you reach $400 you can make shots at NL20 (if available at the site)

If you want to move up quicker then I'd suggest start taking shots when you have 15BI to the next level. However you have to be prepared to move down again if you come down a couple of buy ins.

Well there you go, no surprise at all. Those micro levels are rollercasters for most players so pick you strategy well and move just when you feel you might get something out of it. Otherwise... 10$ tables are mostly "real poker" tables
I play a very tight BRM I usually play at levels were I have 30 - 40 buy ins. And today it has proven to be very usefull. I just lost 6 buy ins (it was crazy and off course I tilted after the 4th bad beat). But having enough buy ins, you can really handel the swings a lot better and when you have a crappy day like me today, you know that tomorrow your bankroll is still big enough to keep on playing.
I would say, good luck on the cash tables and spend the money wisely .
