You were absolutely right to play the hand this way. You didn't have pot odds to hit a K as there are only two in the deck. The guy who raised was clearly loose/aggressive but even if you knew this there would be no way of guaranteeing he didn't have an ace or nine and without raising all in you would be calling to the river. And then you had someone to act after you who could easily have had an ace so you had no option. Its not like you could have called the turn any easier.
Never easy to fold KK or more... maybe should you bet more preflop just to scare opponents but it's not the best way to play KK I don't know

It is never easy to lose any hand against a donkey who plays any ace-rag offsuited believing he has a powerfull hand. Right bet PF and good laydown. I would have put him on an ace too, but not that kind of ace.
Well played hand, too bad ace fell down on flop. However, if and oponnent donkbets with such a hand, if You had reads on him, You could raise him just to be sure he's not bluffing. But anyway, wp.

I agree with everything that was already said! It is not easy having KK and let it go, but it is the right move! Donkeys and their stupid calls is common nowadays! (UNFORTUNATELY) i HATE when i have KK raise and then the ACE is on the flop!
Posted by shokaku: Never easy to let the kings go, but you had to do it in that spot. At that level you can be sure that one of the players has an ace.
yep, never easy to let kings, but big money alweys gone by this way

yeah its hard but when a 92 can have you licked you got to give up re group and battle on unless your thinking he's got me pegged on a high pair and bets to test the water? its got to put down its only gonna be profitable when you can play like that.

its not an easy fold but ur probably beat so its a good laydown cant be calling and hoping for K on turn or River if you know he has an A or you put him on an A its better when the aces comes then when some lucky punk that called a big raise out of possition and hits a set with his small pair

It's correct to fold there. You are huge favor preflop, but A on the board, and bet from an opponent should make you careful. And one more thing...this is low buy-in tournament, you can expect anything from opponents.

It already happened to me twice. Once, first talking after flop, i went all in because i was a bit short stack and only one guy went with me. He had A9, like if wouldn't know. In the second time, i was better stacked, one guy made all in with less than a quarter of my bank, and i was last man talking. The Ace on the table scared me, because it was only two weeks after it happened the first time. In my opinion, you did well!!!

WOW.
Had a similar hand yesterday on FullTilt. It was a Sit N' Learn monthly freeroll. Had KK on the button a raiser(utg+1) and a caller(the vilian), did a 3bet and both called.
Flop: Axx 2suited (don't remember if x was a 6, 8 or 9) utg checked and the vilian pushed, I folded same with utg. I believe he had the A, probably flopped full house with Ax. He was extremely aggressive to just call pf with AA, AK or AQ.

Fold since the pot odds are not good and it is likely that at least one caller would have an ace. Obviously, this is sometimes easier said than done, but you need discipline!!
